Ocarina Of Time With Glitches Is The Definition Of Madness

This is how I imagine it feels to go insane. The things you thought you knew, the places that are most familiar to you, now feel strange. There’s a dissonance between the memories you think you have and the twisted reality you now perceive. Basically what I’m trying to say is: this glitched version of Ocarina of Time is kinda hilarious, but it also feels like going insane. When I watch it I feel like I’m going insane.

In a series that focuses so much on ‘dark worlds’ — alternate versions of the same reality — this is the true twisted face of the Zelda universe! Glitches, mouths for eyes, Link sunk into the ground wriggling like a hellish demon. Jaunty jingles made sinister with screetching midi synths.

Don’t mind me, I’ll just be in the corner in the fetal position, rocking gently in a pool of my own juices.
