The new game for Nintendo’s most nurturing dinosaur was available to play this week at E3 and Kotaku‘s Jason Schreier did exactly that. In the video above, you’ll see Jason try to talk and play at the same time — harder than it looks, especially in a crowded E3 Nintendo booth — while he gives you a quick glimpse at Yoshi’s New Island.
Yoshi’s New Island Is Like The Old Yoshi’s Island. That’s A Good Thing.

To spoil the enthusiasm above, I used to love playing the Nintendo platform game re-issues. I bought so many Nintendo handhelds + consoles to play the latest iteration. Have been trying to finish the DS version (game is several years old now) for 5 months now. I play a level here and there – but the love is gone, cannot play more than a level at a time it seems.
I can no longer handle the same stuff Nintendo keep releasing. Why am I collecting coins Nintendo? What’s the reason? I chase after coins in real life so i can pay the bills. I don’t want to chase coins in virtual world too.
You know, when I was a kid, I didn’t get much money, that’s probably why on sub-conscious level I enjoyed collecting every coin back then..
