Aussie Nintendo Store: The Pik of the Litter

The wait is finally over! Which wait is that, I hear you say? Well, Pikmin 3 is finally here and there’s finally a Wii U game that’s worthy enough of your time to play too.

It feels like we haven’t one of them in months. Oh wait…

Anyway, yes, Pikmin is finally here, and no, it’s not cheaper than in stores. However it is only a small 3.6gb download so if you can’t wait until tomorrow morning to go buy the game, you could probably download it when it hits at midnight tonight.

Elsewhere on the two eShops, there isn’t much. The 3DS gets a couple of retail titles – one’s a fishing game and one’s a Nintendogs clone. The Virtual Console title Street Gangs is decent, but you might know it as River City Ransom. It’s a horrible PAL version though, so maybe avoid that one.

Elsewhere on the Wii U there’s a deal for Wii U Panorama Tours and Kirby’s Dream Land 3 from SNES.

I’ve already sneaked a copy of Pikmin 3 and have been enjoying it so far – who’s picking it up tomorrow then?
