Oh, so you want a challenge with your ScribbleTaku? Sort this one out.
I wasn’t going to award yesterday’s responses on the grounds of not being technically accurate, but I checked with the artist in question, and she told me I was “being mean” (whatever that means) and that some of the answers were close enough. So kudos to @knuddy for guessing it was Just Dance — or to be more technically precise, Just Dance 4. Now, on to today’s effort.
I’ll level with you. The rest of the ScribbleTakus drawn by my kids were ones where I could pick the game in seconds. This one, drawn by my youngest son, I had to ask him about. So it’s tough. Very tough.
But in celebration of his birthday, I’m running it anyway. Good luck.
Updated with clue: It’s a Wii game. Having checked with the artist, he says that you can have “100 points” if you get it.
Points are not transferable for prizes, or, indeed anything. Still, 100 points are up for grabs.
ScribbleTaku is Kotaku’s newest lunchtime game. We give ourselves 30 seconds to draw an old game on a sticky note, and it’s your job to guess what it is! Come back every day at noon for a new ScribbleTaku! Feel like sending one in? Shoot us an email here.

Why do our editors take us getting the Skribbletaku pictures right so personally?
I know they want to challenge us, but can’t they be happy the picture, skethced in 30 seconds, was so recognisable?
It’s a mix; for every picture that’s easily guessed some will be annoyed, while others like it that way. Today’s effort is definitely from the tricky part of the spectrum.
But I don’t take it personally, in any case.
“…part of the spectrum“.
Was that a clue?
No.
Or was it?
No, it wasn’t. I’m only teasing. I’ll give out a clue later if it hasn’t gone by then. Which, by the way, it rather solidly hasn’t.

Thought line rider was a go-er. Hmm, what about the Band Hero/Rockband guess? Seems like a vocal gudieline maybe? Oh crap, there are 50 million of those games. Could be Sing-star, High School Musical etc. We sold SO MANY of those when I was running my GAME store. Must have made dev’s MILLIONS OF DOLLARS

If you aren’t going to be doing a retro title like you didnt do yesterday, you should be removing the “Retro” tag from the story.
Retro is the broad category that they all sit under (and one of those things that means different things to different people)… but in any case, I’ll give out a clue.
It’s a Wii game. And the Wii U exists, therefore, at least at some level, it is retro.
Bubble bobble 2: Electric Boogaloo
I want to say terminator game.. the technical wiring bit
Also, woo hoo! for finagling winning a scribble. Maybe from now on I can say “Just Dance 4” like the dig, or biker mice from mars!

And by YES!, I very clearly mean NO!
I’m having a Daniel Bryan moment. It’s not THE DIG.
