That’s the ridiculously awesome premise of Tom vs The Armies of Hell, described as a “humorous indie action/adventure game” with gameplay inspired by Bastion and Ratchet & Clank. There’s an in-engine trailer above, a cinematic trailer below, and a nifty Kickstarter page over here.
I’d say they’re worth a look.
