The proportions of the characters in Team Fortress 2 were already cartoony enough, but a recent mod on Gamebanana from modder tHe_ScOuT39 just elevated the whole thing to a new level. It’s hard to tell if this is a train wreck or the most brilliant reskin ever created.
In the pic above you can see the Pyro, more frightening than ever. But don’t worry, all the other characters are here, modded into oblivion:

Pyro and Scout look alright with this, but the others just don’t have the creepiness factor

Looks like a set of models to point out where you should be shooting. Essentially hiding most of the model that can’t be hit, so you don’t bother aiming for it.
I’ve seen other ones that simply enlarged the head to give you a much better chance at a headshot (for some games with client-side hit detection only.)
