Yep, it’s a 747 in GTA V, and it’s easier to find than a Banshee. The strange thing is that you can steal the small private jet, and this massive thing, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to get in the mid-sized jet. By the way, don’t forget a parachute!

Now that I know this, it’s time to land it at Trevor’s strip. Challenge accepted.

I flew one of these last night and the cops shot it up a bit before lift off. During mid flight one of my engines started blowing black smoke, and my plane slowed down a bit. After a minute another engine started failing and I could feel the plane falling to the ground. Luckily enough I slowed it down enough and bailed just as it hit and blew up.
I was so amazed at the small details they put into this game. I was not expecting to see my engines fail mid flight, and the turbulence is a good touch to flying.
Engines failing in mid-flight? You sure it wasn’t GTA’s version of an A380?
