Television’s night of nights is also Spelunky’s night of nights, it seems, with the brutal platformer making a surprise appearance during the awards show.
The Colbert Report won for Best Writing In A Variety Series, and when they cut to one of those writers, Rob Dubbin (who also writes about games sometimes) he was…playing Spelunky. No reason. Just because it’s awesome.
