I want to say Condemned 2 because drinking makes your aim steadier (for reasons), but I can’t remember any Mexicans in that game. Just lots and lots of homeless people.
Conker’s Bad Fur Day? He was smashed on some form of alcohol at the start, may have been whiskey.
