Yesterday was a good HaiTaku, mainly because it was difficult, but fair. Great job Bookiegnu, that was one of my favourite haikus so far!
Sadly no-one got it. Actually, I don’t think anyone even got close! The answer was Operation Stealth, a game that was actually called James Bond 007: The Stealth Affair in the US. Great effort, great haiku.
Today’s HaiTaku comes from… me! Get ready for greatness! And by greatness I mean mediocrity.

Good luck everyone!
This is HaiTaku. We write Haikus about old video games and leave it you to guess what game we’re talking about. If you want to submit a Haiku feel free. Send it here!

So close… but not quite.
Chuckie Egg.
LOL. Face palm to myself.
Nicely played sir. Played this a lot on a mate’s BBC model B and my own Amstrad CPC464. And now I feel really old.

B-ob got yesterday’s.
Answered in 7 minutes, shunned by Mark. I don’t think I can take a guess at today’s effort. I’m too emotionally traumatised. :p
We remember B-ob. @markserrels may have a revisionist agenda based upon denial and fear but WE the exploited posters will always remember the truth of that day. We salute you! Stand tall – one day we will throw these shackles down and help you rightfully claim the honours you deserve. Long live B-ob and the legend of Operation Stealth. Down with the kotaku overlords!
Before the haiku, there was the scribble. Before scribbles, there were screenshots! Our influence stopped the Scribbletaku. But, before that, we held the line! Our influence stopped the Remember This. But, before that, we held the line! Our influence will stop Serrels. In the battle today, we will hold the line!
You speak the truth dear comrade! The line is drawn and all the good men, women and children of Kotaku must stand firm in their beliefs. For too long we have suffered under the iron fist of “Mr” Serrels and his retro game remembering shenanigans! I call on all to demand a singaku this Friday! For far too long we have been denied the most basic satisfaction of this Scottish tyrant singing a haiku. Being drip fed haikus once a day is no longer good enough! We the people demand Mark sing! Only then can we as a community stand both tall and with dignity. Singakus for ALL not just the rich!!!
Hold your ground, hold your ground! Sons of Kotaku, of the Internet, my brothers! I see in your eyes the same fear that would take the heart of me. A day may come when the guesses of men fail, when we forsake our comments and break all bonds of fellowship, but it is not this day. An post of one line and broken links, when the comments section comes crashing down! But it is not this day! This day we fight! By all that you hold dear on this good website, I bid you, post, Men, Women and all others of Kotaku!
