This Loading Icon Is Terrifying As All Hell

This past weekend I picked up a copy of the new fighting game, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle. But it only took a few seconds before I was greeted with the creepiest loading icon of all time. I mean look at it! It’s a guy’s face getting ripped off layer by layer!

For those who want a bit more information, this icon is actually of Koichi Hirose from the Diamond is Unbreakable story arc of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure. He becomes this horrible abomination thanks to Rohan Kishibe who is able to transmute people into living books.

I don’t know whose sick idea it was to show me this nearly every time I load a menu, but thanks for the nightmares, I guess.

Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle was released in Japan for the PlayStation 3 on August 29, 2013. There is no word on an international release.
