This sort of thing isn’t quite an isolated incident — before, the Xbox UK account has posted about The Last of Us. That’s also not a Microsoft franchise, as I’m sure you’re aware.

If you’re snarky, you might wonder if the people in charge of these accounts know what franchises are on what platforms. If you’re not snarky, you might just think, hey, why not spread the love when it comes to great game franchises? Nothin’ wrong here, even if it comes off as slightly weird.

I dont know if anyone else has noticed this but, the whole Xbox One vs the PlayStation 4 has almost paralleled a political election with journalists picking up on the slightest missteps and trying to turn them into massive issues.
Yeah, god forbid Xbox recognise good games and good cosplay.

… Nek minnit; half the replies (just out of those shown) are stating its a PS3 game and appreciating the gesture.. Snarky people (like me in the mornings) are much more likely to react badly to you dissing their own communities intelligence.
