Wow, Decoy is like goddamn Perry Mason. When he gets on the HaiTaku case he digs deep. Congrats to him for guessing yesterday’s (very good and quite tough actually) haiku. It was Full Throttle. A game that, as an old school adventure fan, I’m ashamed to say I haven’t played.
Thanks for the haiku Sughly. You did, of course, deliver.
Today’s effort is super vague and it comes from Beeawwb. Good luck everyone, you’re gonna need it!
Throw down the Gauntlet
and don’t let the bad bugs bite.
Fourplay? I can’t spell.
This is HaiTaku. We write Haikus about old video games and leave it you to guess what game we’re talking about. If you want to submit a Haiku feel free. Send it here!

Gauntlet: Legends?
That’s all I can think off but too obvious with the name in the haiku.
Gauntlet or Gauntlet IV, my favourites in the series.
Yeah, is the obvious answer but I dunno- I never get these anyway!
Dandy?

Four players. Spider animation. Gauntlet = fist.
Aliens vs Predator arcade.
Haha, I even said full throttle but didn’t think it worked, should have kept that bit to myself
TMNT maybe?
Croc : Legend of the Gobbos
Punch buggy in a full car?
Biker Mice from Mars of course.
Fusion Frenzy
Magicka?
Legend of Zelda: Four Swords. Half the enemies are bugs, its four players and there are gauntlets in Zelda! However, a Gauntlet game would also kind of make sense…
If the answer is actually Minish Cap…
Or it could be Project Rub, with those minigames about fending off bugs…
Spiderman shattered dimensions
Ha – the one day I have an RDO my Haitaku gets selected and I’m not around to see it. For anybody still playing over the weekend, here’s a cluetaku.
