Tetris Theme In 100 Moog Patches

It took me a second to wrap my brain around what exactly is going on here, but even if I didn’t know, I could listen to these two Moog synthesiser modules play the Tetris theme over and over again forever. Not all that remarkable, but it made me smile.

So what we’ve got here is two Moog Slim Phatty modules playing through the Tetris C theme — an arrangement of French Suite No. 3 in B minor, BWV 814: Menuet by J.S. Bach over and over again, as the modules cycle through their 100 built in patches. It’s remarkable how much sound is inside a Moog — in place of the mammoth pipe organs Bach composed on, we get little boxes. [Twitter]
