Armed Robber Demands Just Dance 2014

Armed Robber Demands Just Dance 2014

Armed robbery is a violent crime; with priors, you’re looking at a really long stretch in the state pen if you get caught. So it’s prudent to call ahead and make sure the game store you’re robbing has the title you want. In Tennessee, one robber wanted to be sure his local GameStop had Just Dance 2014.

Cops in Nashville say a man phoned a GameStop on Wednesday to ask them to reserve an Xbox One and three games — Call of Duty: Ghosts, NBA 2K14, and the latest edition of Ubisoft’s dance franchise. After driving around the shopping mall parking lot for a while working up the nerve, he strode into the store in broad daylight — as if there is such a thing as a robbery in narrow daylight — and brandished a firearm. The clerk handed over the bag of goodies he had politely requested an hour before.

Police are looking for a guy standing about 5’8″ or 5’10”, weighing 220 pounds and between 20 or 30 years old. If that doesn’t narrow it down enough, he fled in a Nissan Versa.
