Mobile puzzler sensation Candy Crush Saga is a hard habit to break. The only painless way to give up on the punishing potty pastime preferred by millions is to replace it with something equally as compelling. King has just the thing. Look at those little eyes. Look at them.
Candy Crush Saga is probably my most-played game of 2013. I’ll play relentlessly until I hit a difficult level, put it down for a week and then hop right back into again the next time I find myself with a few bathroom minutes to spare. With it’s adorable “Cropsies” characters and the perfect blend of spectacle and sound, Farm Heroes Saga might unseat its big brother in 2014.
Available today for free on iOS and Android, Farm Heroes Saga is Candy Crush Saga meets farming mini-game. Players match crops until they collect the required number. The screen is filled with colourful things. Colourful things that need you to guide them until your butt goes numb and your leg falls asleep. That might have happened to me earlier today.
If you don’t have a mobile or tablet, it’s also available on Facebook. I would not play it if I were you. It never stops.

I choose a life instead.
Gross.
What? Playing on the toilet? Haha, my friends and I have renamed ‘Words With Friends’ ‘Turds With Friends’ because of how much toilet action it gets.
I quit Candy Crush on the first day, I’ve got friends that are still down that rabbit hole the poor things.
Candy Crush isn’t even that addictive, nor is it that good. I gave it a go just to see what all the fuss was about, and deleted it as soon as I got to a level where literally the only way to win was to fork over real cash for virtual crap.
Anyway, in relation to Farm Heroes Saga, it looks like Candy Crush only with different icons and shit. Unless they’ve added various others things/mini games, etc, then it’s not really worth the time. Once you’ve played one of these sorts of games, you’ve played them all.
Ive beat normal and dreamtime and have never paid for a boost
Shoulda said “punishing potty pastime preferred by plenty”. Just sayin’.
Its extremely colourful and happy o.o But there’s also a lack of contrast on the board and it’s fairly busy (with all the extra numbers on the gems), though the Christmas background may have something to do with that. That said, having played puzzle and dragons I honestly can’t go back to a traditional match 3 puzzler. Tried playing candy crush again earlier and didn’t last 5 minutes haha. Wanted to free style move those gems so badly >.>
For those without Facebook, dont waste your time.
Got up to stage 40 and you need facebook friends to break the blockade of pay for it by purchasing gold bars.
Was fun though, i never played candy crush but was pretty easy.
