If you liked last year’s Tomb Raider reboot, you’re probably hungry for news on a sequel. Dark Horse Comics’ upcoming comic adaptation isn’t something you can slide into a console or PC disc slot but it does show what happens next to the young explorer. Warning: the preview below contains spoilers for last year’s Tomb Raider game.
Kotaku‘s interview with writer Gail Simone last year served as an inadvertent confirmation that 2013 Tomb Raider would be getting a sequel. All we got then was a glimpse of the cover but the preview below shows Lara dealing with the aftermath of her adventure on Yamatai in particularly haunting fashion. Tomb Raider #1 hits comic shops and digital storefronts on February 26.
