Chinese money is not very humorous. Nobody pulls out a one hundred yuan note and goes, ha ha ha. Chairman Mao just isn’t a laugh riot. That is unless anime Attack on Titan is involved.
Because then Chinese money quickly becomes quite amusing.
Sina Weibo user Talim recently folded a 100 yuan bill, used some choice anime images, and uploaded the following photos. The lower half is Mao, while the upper half is Attack on Titan.
Brilliant.
