Months ago we told you about DeviantART artist Tohad’s insane project: turning every cute video game and cartoon character on Earth into bad-arse lunatics. Since then his work just got crazier, funnier and even more awesome.
Here’s Ariel, the Little Mermaid, turned into a Kraken-like monster, Hungry Birds, Dora the Tomb Raider, The Smurf Military, twisted Powerpuff Girls and a lot more.

Not bad. The Powerpuff Girls one is a clever use of horror archetypes.
The Smurfs one is a bit too left field. And the Ranma 1/2 art is just…WTF…
