Fans of Capcom’s storied fighting franchise will no doubt have used Google — as I just did — to figure out that Ryu is saying something along the lines of “Tatsumaki Senpu Kyaku” when he performs his Hurricane Kick move, but the fact that we had to look it up means no one casually passing by an arcade in the ’90s had a clue.
