“I have one response to all of you who blame me for the destruction of the Death Star: Are you F**KING serious???”
This hilarious open letter over at Dorkly comes from Dak Exhaustport, the heretofore unnamed joe who drew up the blueprints for the Death Star. And he says that what some saw as a flaw is actually a necessity And that exhaust port isn’t really a vulnerability unless Jedi exist. Thankfully, they’re all dead, right?

Right!
But Luke used to bullseye womp rats in his T16 back home. He wasnt a jedi then.
Not a proper Jedi, but a force sensitive. 🙂
but they are a bit bigger than 2 metres… the partial jedi training defo made a difference!
And that’s Peter Sumner, Australian actor, who *wasn’t* Dak Exhaustport in Episode IV.
