deviantART, with the help of the game’s art director, Christian Lichtner, recently hosted, judged and concluded a fanart contest themed around Blizzard’s action-RPG, Diablo III — and the community came up with some truly mind-blowing pieces. Let’s take look at the finalists.
Above is “Fist of conviction” by Nixell, featuring a monk deep in meditation, which nabbed third place. And below…
… is “Among the dead” by TheRafa at second place, in which a Crusader faces down Malthael, the Angel of Death. And finally:
