JB Hi-Fi Does It Again With The Best Review Of Wolfenstein: The New Order

JB Hi-Fi is known for its often brilliant staff reviews of games, DVDs and music, but I think they might have outdone themselves with this review of Wolfenstein: The New Order.

I can't decide if it errs on the 'good' or 'bad' side of Dad jokes, all I know is that I like it and that I'm also a Dad, so I might not be the best person to judge!

Good review with a decent amount of cheese!

Don't worry, one day you'll be able to come up with an article that isn't from the first page of r/gaming! :P

because we all browse Reddit... :) i wouldn't have seen this if it weren't for Kotaku.

While I know what your motivation is, this is an AU site tradition so everyone's cool with it.

Don't worry, one day you'll find something better to do than browse reddit all day :p

Jesus H. Christ that's alot of downvotes! I was being sarcastic, but I'm sorry if I caused offence to anyone, @markserrels included.

Oh hey -- just saw this super late. No probs at all!

Im struggling to not think about how it doesnt make sense >____<

Hahaha, this is my review xD

I appreciate the Ice Cube reference.

Well then, i did nazi that comming

Next time don't caught with your Panzer down.

The "I - d" part of "I'd give that ..." is that meant to be a reference to id Software?

If so, FYI it actually rhymes with "kid" and is not meant to be I.D. It's one of those common mistakes many people have made over the years, myself included at one point! After reading the excellent Masters of Doom book about the company, I was set straight on that little error.

Kind of like Asus being "Asoos" was news to me as well!

I took photos of a bunch of these the other week. I should send them in

Looking forward to my local stores reviews (Carousel in Perth) when I pick up Mario Kart 8 next Thursday.

I don't understand though. Reich sounds like "rike" not "reck." So, check yourself before you rike yourself?

Probably why it only got a nein out of ten...

I think it still works if you imagine just 'Reich' is said in a heavy German accent.

"Reich" in German is supposed to sound a bit more like "reach" than "rike"

that is may fave JB review in a long time. I wish the one in Brisbane came up with some decent reviews. Oh well on saturday I will waltz into the Chermside store and see their review
