One of the coolest things about owning a PlayStation Vita is the ability to link it to your PS4 and play your PS4 games remotely. And now, with the latest firmware patch in Japan, the Vita isn’t the only system you can remote play PS4 games on; you can stream to the Vita TV as well.
The Asia-only Vita TV is basically a small console that, along with the PS3/PS4 controller, allows you to play Vita games on your HD TV. Now with the PS4 link, it allows you to wirelessly connect to your PS4 through your home network and play remotely your PS4 games on any TV.
But does it actually work as advertised? Check out the video above to find out.
The PlayStation Vita TV was released in Japan on 14 November 2013. There is currently no word on a Western release.
