Pleasant E3 Surprise: A Game Called White Night

Pleasant E3 Surprise: A Game Called White Night

You might think you know what you’ll see in a big E3 booth like Microsoft’s: some Forza, some Fable, some shooters, some indies, but there still always some surprises. Case in point: White Night. Black-and-white, Hitchcock-esque and very cool. Where did this thing come from???

We don’t have a lot of detail on the game other than what you see in the video. The developers are in indie studio called Osome. They are targeting a 2014 release (for PC and Mac too, it seems). And they describe their game this way: “Explore the macabre past of an old mansion and solve puzzles of light and shadows in this fully black and white survival horror.”

Here’s a trailer from October, which will allow you to enjoy the game without any pesky reflections of other E3 games messing with the game’s graphics.
