Remember when everyone got excited that someone finished Fallout 3 in 23m55s? That was so June 30, because now there’s a 23m13s run.
This one’s by Tom Roe, who thinks a sub 23-minute run is possible with a wall clip that gets you into the GECK chamber quicker. If you’re not up to speed with what’s going on here, then it’s an ‘any percentage’ run that mainly uses clipping via quick saves and loads to cut and skip areas. As a result 80 per cent of the playthrough is running to the areas you have to hit in order to finish the story and reach the end.

Do they earn anything for speed runs? also anyone can get a speed run these days. Here is a guide
1: Play the movie”Speed” while playing
2:either use a treadmill and be running on it while playing
3: Make sure to have a save at the very end of the game.
4:once all set start running and playing the movie, start a new game then load the final save and complete the game. Speed and running was used including skips of actually trying or playing the game were used like most speed runs
