As reported on Xinhuanet and ShanghaiIst, a police van got stuck between two building on the way back to station. The police, it seems, chalk this up as failure to drive properly. Well, yeah.

That thing would have to have been going at an incredible rate of speed to end up almost parallel to the ground.
It just had to be going fast enough to hit the other side where it did, then the back of the van slid down into place.
