The Sun Is Gone, So It’s Time To Make Friends

This is Ashen. It’s “an action RPG about a wanderer in search of a place to call home”. It looks awesome.

Set in a world with no sun, which I first took to be Scotland (sorry Mark) but which is instead some kind of fictional wasteland, its developers say the main aim of the game is to forge relationships with the characters you meet in the wild. Who are real people (or at least built by real people), since this is a “passively multiplayer” title.

There are monsters, combat promises to be tough and it’s set in an open world which you’ll need to explore.

You can read more about the game at its official site (thanks, RPS).
