When Super Mario World Meets Mortal Kombat

It all began when Mario was violently murdered by Shang Tsung. It all went downhill from there. Or uphill, depending on how much you like gore.

YouTuber NicksplosionFX is back with yet anotherMario crossover video. It’s a sequel of sorts to one of his earlier ones from two or so years ago, where Scorpion has some fun in World 1-1 of Super Mario Bros. Here it is to jog your memory:

This time, the game is Super Mario World, and the Mortal Kombat character invading it is Shang Tsung — who, of course, can morph into other characters, including Scorpion. So the carnage is a lot more varied this time.

This reminds me of all those mashup fighting animations I used to watch on Newgrounds. So good. Anyone remember Super Mario Bros. Z?
