Jason Park is a veteran artist who has worked in both video games (for companies like EA) and animation (on shows like Metalocalypse and Transformers Prime). Despite his range of projects and works, though, I can’t take my eyes off the SDF-1.
It’s a great take on my favourite space-faring vessel. Why? Because between the scale, the crew, the timeless design and the fact it’s an alien spaceship that we basically jacked and learned to fly while being shot at by giant aliens, it’s the best.
You can see more of Jason’s stuff at his Deviantart and ArtStation pages.
Fine Art is a celebration of the work of video game artists, showcasing the best of both their professional and personal portfolios.

That last one clearly has an inspiration from Blade Runner!
Now THAT is the Devastator I know and love. Fuck that monkey atrocity from the movie right off
There will be a G1 (I presume) Devastator made from 6 voyager toys released in 2015. It will be in the Titan class which is the size of the 2014 Metroplex (aka a little below knee height).
Unless I missed something thats still an unconfirmed rumor. If it turns out to be true though, that will be something I need in my life
Close there is a heavy rumour that a Combiner Wars scale Devastator made out of 1 Voyager and 4 Deluxes is coming.
Devastator was a bit unique within the Combiner or Gestalt lines he was made of 6 the same size rather than 4 small ones with a bigger central 5th.
Closer! 😛 😉
Having seen the Devastator we’re getting I can’t say I’m upset at being wrong.
This.
