Bravely Second Dated For Japan, Getting Limited Edition Bundle

In Japan, Bravely Second has a release date. The game will be out next year on April 23. It’s also getting a very cool-looking Collector’s Pack.

Bravely Second is, of course, the eagerly awaited sequel for Bravely Default.

As pointed out on Inside, the limited edition bundle comes with a Bravely Default 200 Years Later art and novel book, a mini soundtrack, U’s Journal, a rubber strap, a mini figurine and an in-game downloadable clothing code.

Oh, yeah, you also get a copy of the 3DS game Bravely Second. All this is yours for 14,800 yen ($147). No word yet about the game’s Western release.

  • Love that box. Providing the sequel solves the chapter 5-8 problem of the original this could turn out to be something really special.

    • Why? Chapter 5-8 is actually quite funny. Not to mention every chapter you actually have some secret to do.

      • Couldn’t stand it, brought down what I thought was an otherwise perfect game.

Sure, the revelation was great, lovely twist. But the gameplay that came about because of it was boring repetition.

        Bad design choice

        • I’m with jimu on this one. It was appalling crime of padding game time for me. I would have been quite happy for the game to end at the half way point versus what we ended up with.
