Japan's Fried Shrimp Gun Is a Delicious Weapon

Fried shrimp or "ebi furai" (エビフライ) is a popular dish in Japan. Here's one way to make it quickly — in three seconds, to be exact. That doesn't include the prep time, though!

As pointed out by Otakuma, this is an ad for NTT Docomo's Full LTE high speed internet service, and apparently, no CG was used.

At the end of the spot, one the women says, "It tastes good, right?" Next time, three-minute dumplings!

That's awesome but they'd definitely be raw

Yeah haha, am dubious about whether 0.1 second (or less) of passing through a flame (no matter how hot?) would cook it :p

Raw prawns aren't pink like that. They look precooked, so only the batter needs cooking.

It's just physically impossible due to the Leidenfrost effect(which lets you put your hand quickly in liquid nitrogen and not end up like the T-1000, or to put your hand through a cigarette lighter flame, or water to surf on a hotplate). Just a switch to look cool for a video.
