The Batman way of handling things might be extreme, but it works. So we have no objections to beating up super villains outside of the law. Especially not when there’s a step-by-step guide out there.
Here are all the steps below, presented by Andy Kluthe and Andrew Bridgeman at Dorkly:
Batman’s always so lucky with the huge number of clues left at the crime scene…

Every criminal Batman has apprehended should be let go and have the charges dropped because he isn’t real police.
Batmans the real criminal here..
It’s simple… We arrest the Batman.
arrest the commisioner first. he’s the one letting this bat criminal do his thing.
I also heard from a credible news source theres a Menace dressed as a spider swinging around some city. should arrest him too
Don’t they have some kind of absurd laws regarding citizens’ arrest?
Flaw in your logic, Batman doesn’t apprehend the criminals he merely beats them up and restrains them until the police turn up and follow procedure.
If some guy breaks into your house and you hit him and break his nose, that’s not Police Brutality. That doesn’t invalidate the police evidence against him.
Also it’s Gotham and the police are corrupt.
I guess that’s why most of the criminals he faces end up in a psychiatric treatment facility rather than prison
