Here’s Johnny! Take a look at the Cage family in the newest trailer for Mortal Kombat X. It displays just a few of the 100 bone-breaking fatalities, which we’ll all watch as soon as it comes out, after which we’ll be unimpressed and immerse ourselves in the actual subtleties of its combo system.

Gotta admit, I actually laughed at the “Here’s Johnny” bit.
So he just outright stole Shao Kahn’s fatality from the last MK?
Eh, it’s sorta different. The full version is up online in various places.
I find it funny that Johnny Cage was originally modeled after Jean-Claude Van Damme, and here Cage is seen performing Guile’s infamous Flash kick. Yadda yadda fill in the blanks = lols.

I played thru MK9 again on the weekend, and while this looks much better, I still think they should go back to their roots and use photo-real actors instead of stylised characatures.
