All The Results From The World Of Tanks 2015 Grand Finals (Thus Far)

The World Of Tanks 2015 Grand Finals have just passed the midway point here in Warsaw, where more than half of the world’s best teams have already been knocked out of contention. There have been shock victories, brutal annihilations and underdog comebacks aplenty. Here are the results from Day One!

This year’s World Of Tanks Grand Finals has been massive. With a total prize pool of $300,000 and more than 6000 Polish fans in attendance, it is a bona fide eSports behemoth. Yesterday, the deadliest teams from Europe, Asia and North America clashed in FIFA World Cup-style group stages followed by a series of knockout rounds.

Here are the results from Day One:

Main Stage match 2: EL Gaming vs. RG, 5:0
Main Stage match 3: Schoolbus vs. YaTo.Gaming, 5:2
Main Stage match 4: NaVi vs. RG, 5:0
Main Stage match 5: Hellraisers vs. Kazna Kru, 5:0
Main Stage match 6: Virtus.PRO vs. Elevate, 5:1
 
2nd Stage Match 1: NaVi vs. EL Gaming, 5:0
2nd Stage Match 2: HR vs. ARETE, 5:4
2nd Stage Match 3: WP.SC6 vs. Virtus.PRO, 5:3
2nd Stage Match 4: Schoolbus vs. RUlette 5:0
2nd Stage Match 5: WP.SC6 vs. Elevate, 5:0
2nd Stage Match 6: YaTo.Gaming vs RUlette, 5:0

The survivors are still battling it out on the main stage. In a few hours, one will be crowned World Champion. (Our money’s on the European dark horse, Schoolbus.)
