Welcome to Kotaku‘s Sunday Comics, your weekly roundup of the best webcomics. The images enlarge if you click on the magnifying glass icon.

We’ve got a new addition to the lineup this week in the form of The GaMERCaT by Samantha Whitten. It’s the moving story of an obsessive gamer who is also a cat, his young protégé Glitch, the rough-but-mellow Sweet and the puzzle-loving Pixel.

Why The GaMERCaT? Because several readers recommended it. Because Samantha updates regularly. Because this comic made me laugh, this one made me tear up a little, and then this happened.

There are character bios here. Catch up with the entire run in the archives.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled Sunday Comics.
