Guillaume Menuel is a concept artist at Ubisoft Montreal. Guillaume Menuel’s art is fucking amazing.
The clean, comic book lines on those He-Man and WW1 images are just…making me feel real good.
In his time at Ubisoft he’s worked on series like Assassin’s Creed and Rayman, and right now is helping out on For Honour.
You can see more of Guillaume’s work at his personal site and ArtStation page.

One of the few artists to make Trapjaw truly menacing and Skeletor look regal yet horrifying. Fantastic work!
I dunno, Skeletor looked a little too much like he was wearing a hoodie for my liking. Which I don’t find horrifying because I’m not a senior citizen. I did like the Ass Creed stuff, though.
And the noir skeleton pic, that definitely looked like concept art in need of an actual game.
The Skeletor and Trap-Jaw pics look rrrreeeeaaallllyyy familiar.
Are you sure they’re not liftem directly from the comic that came with the Trap-Jaw figure of the original line of toys in the late 80’s?
In those comics He-Man was a barbarian character, not unlike Conan. The imagery was a lot more detailed and gritty than in the Filmation cartoons.
Who else read that title in Skeletor’s voice?
