Even characters from Attack on Titan, Dragon Ball, and more need a pep talk sometimes. And who better to do that than Mr. Motivation, Shia LaBeouf.

The actor appeared against a green screen for an art project titled #INTRODUCTIONS. And since he’s against said green screen and since the video has a Creative Commons licenses, part of his performance (this, mainly) has spawned a whole bunch of meme videos.
