Homefront: The Revolution Shows Off Some Gameplay

At Microsoft’s Gamescom conference today, Deep Silver Dambuster has given us a glimpse of the singleplayer campaign in their upcoming open-world shooter, Homefront: The Revolution, along with a rather nice CG trailer, seen above.

The short gameplay clip deals with a rebel squad in Philadelphia attempting to steal some data for the resistance. Check it out below:

Homefront: The Revolution will also feature multiplayer co-op. The game will arrive next year on PC, PS4 and Xbox One, with the X1 getting early access privileges for the multiplayer beta, which is coming at some point in late 2015 or early 2016.

    • Yes! I played the shit out of that game.

I don’t recall too much of it as it was a long time ago but I do remember playing split screen and sending waves of AI at my friend while he sat in a turret picking them off. So much fun!

  • America gets beaten and taken over by North Koreas 1980s tech and limited military population! makes perfect sense.. They seriously needed to swap them out for China.

    • Or maybe play on the other side of the fence for once.

Although I know as you start talking about the US being the bad guys people start freaking out.
