Don’t think its by the same guy, but i can see where the comparison would be drawn.
Rick and Morty is much, much more adult content than Regular show. -
notawizardharryIt’s got a bit of a similar style of animation with some influences from The Simpsons in terms of environment/background design.
The content though, It would probably be best described as imagining the guy that writes all the subversive jokes in kids shows getting his own show in an adult time slot and not having to filter himself…. now combine that with a whole plethora of illicit substances.
