Crank up those PC settings and The Witcher 3 becomes pretty damn beautiful.
Redditor R_Spc was captivated by CD Projekt’s work on the latest instalment of their RPG franchise, and went and created some huge panoramas to showcase just how great they can look — because not even regular screenshots are enough.
The photos do a great job of capturing the graphical work that went into the game, to say nothing of relaying the huge, expansive scope of some of The Witcher 3‘s locales.
R_Spc made a ton of these, so here’s a few for your perusal, but I suggest heading over to the imgur post to see the rest in a larger format.

Ugh, this game is so goddamn beautiful.
So very beautiful.
For me it was the weather/time of day system. I have never seen such diverse combinations before that it really brought things to life and truly changed the feel of some areas multiple times over.
I was in awe when I saw the morning fog blown away by high winds from an oncoming storm. The contrast of the dark clouds and morning sun peeking through before the world was enveloped in a rain storm was amazing.
Scripted cycles will never be the same.
Absolutely!!
Never played a game with a better day/night cycle. Those sunsets are awe-inspiring, and the storms brought real menace with them. I know what you mean about the weather changing the feel of areas too. Those swamps were so goddamn depressing when it was raining…
Is it worth playing on the PS4 Still yet to play this title
I’m playing on PS4 and yep. Still looks damn impressive. Plus its just an awesome game regardless of system 🙂
Thankyou kind sir!
