A cosplayer at this year’s Dragon Con did just that, as you can see in FUNimation’s footage. The hair might be a bit… lacking, but who cares. It’s a flying Goku!

It doesn’t say in the video or its description but from the manoeuvrability it looks like a self-balancing skateboard concealed under the fluff.

Um guys, it says in the few lines of the story what it his is riding, it’s a mini hands free Segway.
It’s just a description, Segway doesn’t make these things.
