The second expansion pack for StarCraft II will officially launch on November 10, Blizzard revealed today during the World Championship Series season three finals live on Twitch.
The release date announcement was accompanied by a cinematic trailer for Legacy of the Void.
StarCraft II‘s initial instalment, subtitled Wings of Liberty, launched over five years ago in July of 2010. The first expansion pack, the Zerg-based Heart of the Swarm, was released in March of 2013.
Legacy of the Void focuses on the game’s Protoss race, with a single-player campaign focusing on the High Templar Artanis.

Still no word on the boxed CE?
What you mean by this? If it’s Content they already announced this.
Prepurchase of the boxed Collector’s edition. But I just noticed EB has just put it on their site. Ordered.
Yeah, they had the content up since they were able to take pre – orders. Probably just missed that.
yeah it was available for preorder a while back when first announced and in-stores as well. must’ve sold out at the time so the listing got removed, hence the final units available online only message they have on it now
