Uncharted 4’s Motion Capture Is A Bizarre Peak Behind The Curtains

I’ve seen Uncharted motion capture in dribs and drabs before, but when it’s all laid out? With no voiceover or fancy edits? It’s sort of like watching Big Bang Theory without the laugh track.

And by that I mean it’s super weird.

It also gives me a whole new level of appreciation for the work that actors like Nolan North do. It takes a certain kind of actor to really commit to the situation. He spends the majority of his time in this video pretending to drive a car while actually sitting statically in a grey box with a steering wheel.

Either way, I can’t wait to see this in the game with all the bells and whistles
