Hey, This Weird Golf Game Is Free On Steam

It’s weird and it’s good.

I’m talking about Vertiginous Golf, a video game with a title I have real trouble spelling. It describes itself as a “dystopian steam punk mini golf adventure game set in the skies above an alternate world where life on the ground is enveloped in permanent smog, constant darkness and never-ending rain”.

You probably didn’t play it when it first came out, so for the next 12 hours it is free.

Head here to pick it up. As of 4am tomorrow morning, the game will no longer be free. It’ll be half-price, which is still pretty good but you can’t beat free!

Vertiginous Golf is an interesting little game. It’s golf, but yeah… nothing like golf. It has more in common with something like Trials Evolution in that it’s brutally difficult. There’s also a touch of Dark Souls in there — it refuses to explain itself. In a good way.

You might hate it. You might love it! What do you have to lose?

(Time I guess, but try it anyway.)
