Microsoft’s Games With Gold lineup for November isn’t super exciting, with Pneuma: Breath of Life and Knight Squad leading on Xbox One. However, it’s also the first month in which the company is guaranteeing every Xbox 360 game featured in Games With Gold will be backwards compatible with Xbox One.
In that sense, Games With Gold has now expanded to a more impressive four games, with Dirt 3 and Dungeon Siege III available on Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
If you’re not part of Xbox’s dashboard preview program — like, say, me — this feature will get turned on for you on November 12.
Not familiar with the games in question? Lemme help.

I’ll be playing Fallout 4 so I don’t really care haha.
Yep. With halo and fallout then battlefront round the corner I wouldn’t imagine they’d waste their best games now.
I was expecting Fallout NV for one of the 360 games this month. Halo 3 and Force Unleashed would have made sense too. Like how they gave out Ground Zeroes with pretty much everything in the lead up to MGSV.
Halo 3 is part if the Master Chief Collection which doesnt quite line up with making all 360 games in the Games with Gold playable on the x1.
Force Unleashed would be good – though I finished it and really ended abruptly I thought. But Halo 3 has already been a GWG title
I will probably add them to my download que for later but will probably be playing divinity original sin and fallout
ill be playing Rise of the Tomb Raider!
Well….. I guess if you’re going to post sh*t at some point, it may as well be Christmas.
Does that mean that the 360 GwG are being offered to Xbone users in their Xbone form or just that because of the backwards compatibility they will work on Xbox one?
I assume the latter yes?
pretty crappy offering on the xbox one front. does the backwards compat mean we can download the 360 games directly from the one this month or do we need to be on xbox 360 to purchase them?
Man, Dungeon Siege 3, So shit in comparison to DS2. I had forgotten about that..
That Pneuma game looks cool as! Love that it’s a PS4 trailer though. Might have to pick it up there.
