This isn’t the country’s first KFC buffet. Let’s hope it’s not the last, either.
According to Gigazine, KFC opened up its second all-you-can-eat restaurant this week in Osaka. The first one is also in Osaka, so if you’re ever in Osaka, you have no excuse not to stuff your face with fried chicken.
This is the other (older!) KFC buffet.

Unlike this KFC buffet, which also allows patrons dining at the restaurant to order from the regular menu, the newer one is all-you-can-eat only for those dining in. There is a takeout window for those who want to order set meal deals or buckets of chicken, but inside the restaurant is just the buffet. Also, the new KFC restaurant looks a tad fancier and less fast foody.

See?
Prices vary depending on the time you order. The lunch buffet is 70 minutes and is available between 11am and 5pm. Adults are 1880 yen ($21) and primary schoolers are 980 yen ($11) (add another 100 yen [$1] for weekends and holidays). Dinner time is between 5pm and 10pm. Adults are 2480 ($28), while primary schoolers are 1280 yen ($14). Yes, high school students are adults, because growing kids eat a ton, I guess.

These, of course, are plastic food samples, like you see in front of Japanese restaurants.

The buffet has a wide menu, serving up pasta, bread, soup, and desserts as well as, you guessed it, fried chicken.

$21-$28 per person yikes… in Australia that could buy way more KFC than i could ever eat in one sitting
Hmm… that’s usually the average price of their 10-15 piece bucket meals (if not more) these days so it’s not too bad if you feel like stuffing your face =P
Hmm. A large combo is about $15 (if you get a zinger w/ bacon & cheese), so it’s not that different. Good value I’d say, for a buffet.
Wow, they found the actual suit of a person made up for a logo! Japan must be a magical place if the clothes of fictional people spontaneously create themselves.
Call Indiana Jones, or the people from that Librarians show, we’ll need fictional heroes and investigators to work out what’s happened.
Oh, and the last thing I’m going to do if I’m in japan is go to an all you can eat version of american fat based poison.
Oh you mean this strapping fictional man – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colonel_Sanders
=P
Oh dear. He’s not fictional.
This seems like a classic example of why you should ALWAYS perform a few quick Google searches before acting like a complete dick when you’re totally wrong to begin with.
