Briefly: Shakedown Hawaii is Brian Provinciano’s 16-bit-themed follow-up to Retro City Rampage for PS4 and Vita. Besides getting announced today, anyone attending the PlayStation Experience next month will get a chance to play it. You can watch the brief teaser trailer here, too.

Aww man, PS only?
Wasn’t Retro City Rampage a PS exclusive for a while too? Surely it’ll come to other platforms in like a year’s time or so.
I’m pretty sure it at least had a PC release at the same time, but you’re probably right in that it’ll come to other platforms after as well.
“I’m currently targeting 3DS, but other Nintendo platforms are possible. I’m leaving the final decision until closer to launch since I’m not sure when the NX will come out. As the game is closer to completion and more is known about the NX, I’ll be able to better make the decision.”

Thanks for that.
Looks like fun. Is there a release date for it yet?
It will be playable at the Playstation Experience from 5-6 December, but apart from that there are no dates yet! We’ll be keeping an ear to the ground.
Fair enough. With any luck it’ll be before christmas, but I doubt it.
lmfao @ Vita.
