The Revolt 2 Gaming PC Wears Its Graphics Card Like A Pretty Hat

Every part of your gaming PC is precious, working in harmony with other parts to make your games smooth and pretty. But the graphics card is the crown jewel, so iBuyPower's small form factor Revolt 2 puts it in the appropriate spot.

Doesn't it look pretty? Normally we get a side view of our graphics cards, which the makers like to capitalise on by slapping their branding on the spine.

"Oh my goodness, you have one of the two major brands of video cards!" is a thing no one says. Better they be mesmerised by spinning fans than advertised at all day.

Available in January, iBuyPower's Revolt 2 should fit any mini-ITX motherboard inside it and any full-size video card as long as it isn't too wide. (No confirmation yet on Australian availability.) The box was built with LAN gaming in mind, so along with a 8cm HDD bay its got this handy little dealie up front.

It's a plug-and-play SSD slot, for those of you not following along.

Of course this is a small form factor PC, so don't expect to be putting all of the things inside it. One graphics card, a processor, some memory and some storage, just like mum used to make.

The official product page for the Revolt 2 says the system was designed to solve a common problem in all PC cases: "The most important components were hidden." Now we get to see where the magic happens. It's very spinny magic.

Well, this certainly reads like an advertisement.

That case would look great underneath my desk though.

    ...oh, wait.

pretty much anything small form factor should be tucked away and not out on display imo.

Regardless of that it is still mighty pretty.

Only thing that I wanna ask is what size is that bottom mounted fan, as some one who has a Silverstone Raven I am all for bottom mounted fans, but they need to be rather large.

I disagree (I have an In Win 901). This case looks pretty good/fancy. They should make a black version with red highlights.

It's so cute and colorful. I want one.

What friggin world do you live in where people DONT say 'You dont have nvidia???'

      Surely not.

One should never comment on another's poverty.

Hey wether people love ATI or Nvidia, it just seems to be the most common comment these days when a videocard is spoken of :O

What kind of power could this case have? I don't see a power supply

The official page shows the PSU is placed in front of the motherboard.

Can't get iBuyPower in AU anyway can you?

I love it, but the LED's could've been done better. The promo video shows that the rainbow hue is from LEDs that cycle, but it's way too... Steppy? (Cannot think of the word).
After seeing NZXT'S HUE+ I was expecting a much smoother colour rotation.

Yes it looks good but the thermal functionality looks terrible to me.

I'm trying my hardest to think of some sort of joke about throwing to do with this PC
