Podcast: The Future Of Gaming Hardware

Podcast: The Future Of Gaming Hardware

By this time next year, we could be playing PS4.5 at home and NX on the go, with VR goggles strapped to our heads the whole time. Who’s ready for the future?

On today’s episode of our podcast, Kotaku Splitscreen, Kirk and I take a deep dive into virtual reality, the Nintendo NX, and the idea of upgradable consoles. We also talk about The Division, Stardew Valley, and how it’s absolute nonsense that we have to buy the same Virtual Console game multiple times to play it on more than one device. (Yet of course, I plan to buy Earthbound yet again for 3DS, because I am part of the problem.)

As always, you can subscribe on iTunes to get all of our new episodes as they’re released. Leave us reviews, too — they help a lot! If you don’t like iTunes, you can listen to this week’s show directly on Simplecast right here.
